L’Histoire
The Herbes de Provence blend is a love letter to the sun-drenched hills of the South of France, where wild herbs grow in abundance among lavender fields. Our exclusive blend uses only whole dried herbs, carefully selected from certified organic farms in the Luberon valley. Each herb is harvested at full maturity and delicately dried to preserve its essential oils. Paired with the neutral and airy canvas of Makhana, the herbs sing — offering an aromatic experience that transports you to a Provençal garden with every handful.
Notre Procédé
The Makhana seeds undergo our proprietary zero-oil popping process, then receive a light coating of premium extra virgin olive oil from century-old olive trees in Andalusia. The Herbes de Provence are then precisely measured and blended with the seeds in small batches to ensure uniform distribution. Each batch is tasted by our quality team before packaging.
